You can find your order number on your Order Confirmation which was emailed to you at the time you placed your order. Please Advise; due to the volume of daily emails we receive, if you do not include your full name and order number when contacting us regarding an order you have placed, it will cause a delay our response time.
All of our product listings on our website show the availability for each item. We have 4 availability statuses we use;
'Sold Out' in which you would not be able to add the item to your cart
'Pre-Order' in which the estimated ship date will be listed directly below
'Made to Order' which applies to only Custom Bling items and will state the estimated ship date
'In Stock' Orders that contain items that are all In Stock will ship same business day if your order was placed M-F before 2:30pm PST. All orders placed M-F after 2:30pm PST will ship the following business day. Please note we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays nor do we ship Federal and/or National Holidays as USPS is closed.
All tracking numbers auto-upload daily into our system and email tracking numbers around 7:00pm PST. If you have not been sent your tracking number and it's before 7:00pm PST, please wait until at least 7:15pm PST to ensure your email account has had a chance to receive our tracking email as chances are your order has already been shipped. If you it is after 7:15pm PST and you still have not received a tracking email from us, please ensure the email isn’t in your spam or junk folder.
Although we wish we had a crystal ball, unfortunately we don’t, therefore, we cannot determine when you will receive your order as we have no control over UPSP's transit time. We do promise, however, that we will make every effort to ensure your order ships out as soon as possible as we know how much you want it. Please advise if your order has been shipped within the past 24 hours, please 1 full business day for USPS to update the status on your tracking number as USPS may show your tracking number as ‘invalid tracking number’ for the first 24 hours of your order being shipped.

Please advise that while we are more than happy to help you if your order has stopped updating or has never updated. When contacting us regarding your tracking number that has not been updated for over 48 hours or has not updated within the past 48 hours, please include the following as we need this information to lookup your order and assist you.
Please understand that despite the high volume of orders we ship with USPS daily, unfortunately we have no special authority when calling USPS, therefore, there is no difference in you calling USPS vs. us calling USPS.
Although we do our absolute best by providing detailed descriptions and pictures our photographers personal took for our website, we understand you may still have additional questions regarding the product’s features, how to use the product, how to maintenance the product, what other items you will need in order to use the product, etc. In addition, you may have questions regarding a product that will soon be realeased. For these products, most all of the manufacures send us product samples prior to us receiving our bulk shipments, therefore, we are able to answer almost any question for all of the items we have listed on our website. We also encourage you to contact prior to placing your order if possible, to ensure you know exactly what you're getting and so we can assist you in getting all of the items you need in order to use the product(s) you wish to purchase.

In addition, it’s not uncommon for us to receive product suggestions and already have those same products en route shipping to us, in which we are more than happy to give you our estimated arrival time of when we should be receiving them.

Your email is important to us! All emails are answered M-F 9pm-7pm PST excluding Holidays and Weekends in the order they are received. Due to the high-volume of incoming daily emails, it may take up to one full business day to receive a response.
